  • 1-2 scoops chocolate or unflavored protein powder
  • 1-1.5 cup almond milk
  • 1.5 TBSP almond butter
  • 3/4 cup frozen cherries or strawberries
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds
